Weiss has owned and operated independent record label CI Records for more than 20 years, working with veterans and new artists alike. Most recently the label has helped launch the careers of bands such as AUGUST BURNS RED and TEXAS IN JULY. Weiss has been promoting concerts in Central PA for more than two decades and also owns artist management and booking companies as well as being the co-founder and co-director of LAUNCH.
